Construction Without Chaos

- 01
Clear Scopes
Written scope of work before anything starts, so nobody discovers the boundaries mid-project.
- 02
Transparent Budgets
Line-item pricing you can actually read, with allowances stated instead of buried.
- 03
Defined Timelines
Sequenced trades and long-lead materials ordered early, because schedule is a design decision.
- 04
Documented Progress
You always know what happened this week, what happens next, and what it costs.
